Africa is blessed with abundant resources yet its people remain among the poorest globally. We exist to change this narrative today and for generations to come.

Ukot is a development entrepreneur who believes that we all rise by lifting each other.  At Co-create Africa she is focused on building the Africa of our dreams through various transformation initiatives.

She enjoys using her skills and experiences to create opportunities for learning and growth for others.

In 2021 when she discovered the potential of tech sales to create decent work opportunities for youth in Africa, she used her learning design skills to build a course that equipped people with foundational tech sales skills so they could confidently pursue global opportunites in the space.

In 2013, Ukot co-founded The Life Skills Experts, a learning company designing, developing, and deploying life skills resources for young children. Under her leadership as CEO (2013 - 2017), the company published several books and board games on leadership, creativity, communication, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship.

After completing her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2010, Ukot started an Adult Literacy Center in Lungu, Abuja, Nigeria to provide literacy and numeracy skills to men and women in the community who had no basic education.

Ukot is a certified Learning Designer from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and an accomplished tech sales professional.
